Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 6–12 business days to the US and Canada, and 5–8 business days to Europe and Australia.

A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Some orders qualify for free shipping, and you will see it at checkout if available.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will get a confirmation email, then a second email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate. You can also use the “Track Order” page on our website.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?
A: Email info@tryrctoy.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and work to fix it quickly.
Q: Is it durable? Can it be used indoors and outdoors?
A: The vehicles use metal and ABS plastic and run on 2.4GHz remote control. The tracks work on sand, grass, and other surfaces, so they suit both indoor and outdoor play.
