Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, has a defect, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@tryrctoy.com.
We will review the problem and do our best to fix it quickly.
Items That Cannot Be Returned

Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, please return the original item if it qualifies for a refund. Then place a new order for the item you want.
Refund Policy
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.

If your refund is approved, we will send the money back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or card company may need extra time before the refund appears in your account.
